Man, we’re trying soooo hard to get caught up on our blogging. But we had to take a little longer getting this shoot up because it was so dang amazing!
We met Brandon and Shelly at the studio about a month or so ago, and we all just hit it off as if we’d always known one another. It took us like three minutes to develop insider jokes. Well, actually, Jacki and I already knew one another, and so did Brandon and Shelly, but you know what I mean.
When they said for their engagement shoot, they wanted to do something really cool, of course, we were up for it. Little did we know that they had rented the old Rialto movie theater in downtown Denison for our shoot.
The Rialto is a really interesting old movie theater – built in 1920 – with just the single screen and a balcony. It was the first place I ever saw a motion picture in a theatre (Dr. No, the very first Bond).
But enough about me (as if that was possible)…let’s see some Brandon and Shelly. First, onstage…

So obviously in love.

Isn’t there just a touch of Bond in these next two?

Now into the theatre seating.

This is one of my faves of the day. Just like the way it looks.

Gotta love the autograph room.

Hey now!

Brandon, your order is ready.

Jacki did this one. I really thought it was a really cool perspective. AND rhymes with jimmages.

Again, they are so clearly in love.

Then we wrapped it up with some photo fun back at the studio.

Work it!

Thanks guys. We had a fantastic time with you, and we simply cannot wait for the wedding!

These are so beautiful and looks like so much fun.. I am thinking about changing professions. Great work Jim and Jacki!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
[...] When we first met B & S, we hit it off with them instantly. It was one of those interviews that felt more like just kinda hangin’ around with friends. Then when we decided to do the engagement session, they had booked the old Rialto theater for us to use, and we got some great shots that we shared with you here… [...]
