It was windy.  It was cold.  But it’s winter, and we knew the weather could be a challenge.  Undeterred, Mark, Candace and I had a wonderful time seeing the sights at Adriatica in McKinney, the beautiful Croatian style village that we have been enjoying so much lately.

We photographed our second vow renewal of the year yesterday.  We don’t normally do a lot of them, but yesterday’s was magic.

I met Warren at Adriatica’s open house a couple of weeks ago, and I was so impressed and had such a positive vibe after speaking with him.

He and his wife of 40 years, Kris, renewed their vows at Adriatica, and we were so happy to photograph and experience this great event.  I was touched by the overwhelming love in the room, at their unwavering commitment to one another, their loving family and the fact that they have led such a loyal and dedicated walk with the Lord.  I was inspired.  I think you’ll see why!
