I would like to say that Jim is the best photographer I have ever dealt with. He is completely professional and easy to work with. When Jim did our wedding we really wanted someone to capture the very best for us to remember. Jim was able to make us comfortable that he had everything under control and when everything was over we were thrilled to find that he went completely beyond our expectations. He had all of the wedding shots that any photographer would have taken, but he also had an array of artistic shots that we thought were out of this world. A number of them we wouldn’t have been surprised to find in any art gallery in the city. In short, we think Jim is the absolute best.

Dear Jim,
David and I want to let you know how pleased we are with your professionalism and sensitivity on our wedding day…. Usually wedding days are filled with tears of joy, and ours, sadly enough, was filled with many tears of sadness as David’s mom, who had anticipated the wedding of her baby boy for 34 years, had a seizure as a result of her heart transplant medications the morning of the wedding and therefore couldn’t be with us. That coupled with the fact that David had been sick for the week prior to the wedding–and I had transitioned my whole life from So Cal to TX the week prior–let to many, many varied emotions on our wedding day.

David and I, along with our family and friends, noticed how sensitive you were to our situation. We were already quite sad because my brother in laws couldn’t be there (2nd active duty in Mission Iraqi Freedom)…and then when we found out his mom couldn’t make it… Well, let’s just say the bride was a mess.

We love each other so much and have waited our whole lives for this happy moment. You, Jim, we know captured our joy and true contentment in the midst of our saddness. THANK YOU FOR THAT. What you have done for us is to provide us with precious memories that we can share now with the most valued people in our lives–family–who couldn’t be in attendance.

I just looked on your blog and … well, there are just not enough adjectives in the English language to fully describe how awesome the photos on the blog are. What a phenomenal job you did! In the thirty-six blog photos, you captured the essence of Starla’s wedding. WOW! Can I say it again? WOW!

I have been looking at the five pictures that you sent me for the last hour maybe longer in absolute awe. I had no doubt that the pictures would be good, but you by far exceeded my wildest expectations! Jacki I looked at the pictures and I couldn’t even believe that I was looking at myself. I felt like I was looking at a picture right out of a magazine.

Jacki I have been overwhelmed with emotion looking at the pictures. I have never looked at myself and really truly believed that I was a gorgeous woman and have always been self conscious about being in front of a camera and never have taken good pictures,until now. I cant stop looking at the pictures and thinking WOW is that really me!!! I look at the picture and see myself as others have always told me I was but I never believed. It looks like a picture you would see in a bridal magazine not me!!! I cant believe how you captured me so naturally not looking posed but just caught in a moment!

Not only did you take great pictures but you made me feel so comfortable and at ease. I am even more anxious to see the rest of the pictures. I am so glad that I found you and Jim you truly have a gift. It is obvious that this is your passion and not just your job.

I look forward to seeing you on our wedding day and feeling at ease knowing that I will have you and your husband there to capture our day, pictures that will last forever. I have been through so much in the planning of this wedding and the worst part was finding a photographer. I looked at these pictures next to the bridal I took with the first photographer that we had and it doesn’t even look like the same person. I keep saying “momma is that really me”. You really took the time to capture my best features and took your time to get it right!!

Thank you! Jacki up until about 2 weeks ago when I was referred to Jimmages I was very nervous about my pictures. To me the most important part of the day is that I will marry the most wonderful man I know and the pictures to capture those moments pictures that will be around long after we are gone that our grandkids and great-grandchildren will look at. With so much to worry about with a wedding I am so gratefull that I dont have to worry about my pictures I know that I will be more than happy with the pictures from our wedding day.
