Every successful wedding photographer that I know has one thing in common… a mentor who helped them at some point in their careers. My mentor is the great Ron St. Angelo. Ron was the official photographer for the Dallas Cowboys for 25 years. I spent many a Sunday afternoon working on the sidelines with Ron honing my photography skills. Shooting at the speed of an NFL game is great preparation for the non-stop action of a wedding! Well, Ron has caused quite a buzz with his new book ‘The Greatest Team Ever’. It chronicles in pictures the rise of the early nineties Cowboys who won 3 Super Bowls in 4 years.
I was extremely humbled to be the photographer Ron chose to capture and document his release launch at Texas Stadium.
